
Arnest, a large manufacturer of cosmetics and perfumery, located in Nevinnomyssk city, developed a business plan of perfumery factories complex. The complex is united in one production cycle and requires 60 mln euro investment.
The project is to be realized in the framework of special economic zone organization in Nevinnomyssk. Akzo Nobel (Netherlands), Meyer (Germany), Lindal Group (Germany) are among the potential investors of the project. A representative of the city administration confirmed, the first stage of the business plan agreement with investors was fulfilled.
The projected production complex will include a manufacturing of dimethyl ether for aerosols with 10 000 tons per year output, a manufacturing of aerosol cans, a production site for aerosol valves and a factory for aerosol can filling with 250 mln items per year output.
The annual turnover of the complex is expected to reach over 680 mln rubles (about $25 mln). Companies dealing in cosmetics and household detergents are expected to be the consumers of the complex. Nevinnomyssk administration representative underlined: “The project in the frames of new economic zone will decrease the dependence of Russian manufacturers from foreign suppliers and open new opportunities for export. We expect to cover the demand of Russian cosmetics market completely”.
